Purchasing Tickets

It's not necessary to register to buy tickets; however, we highly recommend you do so, for easy access to your tickets and stay up-to-date with events happening in your area. Please Register and enjoy the show!

Question 5

I can’t find my tickets and I’m on my way to the event

Accepted Answer

If you have tried reaching out to us after-hours and our customer service team has not been able to reply to your message about your missing tickets, don't worry! the event organizers have access to a list of attendees. Please show your ID at the entrance of the event for admission.

Question 6

I completed an order but my tickets have not arrived yet.

Accepted Answer

Once a purchase is completed on our platform, tickets are sent within seconds. If you don't receive a confirmation email with your tickets within 5 minutes, please check the following:

Check your promotions or spam folders. In rare occasions your tickets end up there. Please mark our email as NOT SPAM to avoid email delivery issues in the future.

Verify the email address you entered is correct. If your email is misspelled, the confirmation email delivery will fail.

Inbox is full (over quota). This may cause the email delivery to fail. Please make sure to free up some space in your inbox and/or device.

If you still can't see the email and need to have it resent, please contact us .

Please note, as a registered Tickeri user (which we highly recommend!), you will find your tickets under the "my tickets" tab in your account page.

Question 7

Do I have to print my tickets?

We recommend that you always print your tickets. You can also have them handy on your mobile device to access the event. If for some reason you are unable to locate your tickets, call the event organizers or venue to confirm if they can check you in without your ticket.

When will event tickets go on sale?

The event organizers establish the sales hours/date and announces it through their event promotion in our page Tickeri.com.

I see duplicate/pending charges

Accepted Answer

The most common reason duplicate charges may appear on your statement is due to declined purchases. Declined charges will show as pending in your bank transaction history; however, it should disappear within 24-48 business hours.
If multiple charges went through for the same order, first check to see if there are multiple tickets under your account or received different email confirmations. If that's the case, contact us for assistance.

Can I change or upgrade my tickets?

In most cases you can upgrade your tickets. This will depend on the event organizer. Please contact us with your request.

All my tickets are under the same name. Can they be changed individually?

Accepted Answer

We cannot change the name on individual tickets, only orders. The event organizer and staff at the venue will know you will be attending with a guest that has your name on the ticket. Also, each ticket has its own barcode.

Will tickets be sold at the entrance/event?

We highly recommend to purchase your tickets in advance through our secure platform Tickeri.com. Tickets sale at the entrance is subject to availability. You may contact the event organizer or venue to inquire.

Can I re-sell my tickets on Tickeri.com?

We do not currently offer re-sale services on our platform. If you can't attend the event, you will have to offer the tickets to another person at your end and contact us to make the changes on the order.

Where can I buy my tickets?

You can purchase your tickets online in our secure platform Tickeri.com. You'll need an email (tickets will be sent to your inbox) and a credit/debit card to complete your purchase.

Debit cards and/or credit cards with the logos Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

Can I purchase my tickets over the phone?

For security reasons purchases cannot be made over the phone. You can only make online purchases through our easy and secure platform Tickeri.com. If you need assistance, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.

Where can I buy physical tickets?

In some cases, the event organizers will sell physical tickets at assigned locations or venue. We recommend to reach out to them for more information.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes! Just contact us. We will change the name on the order and send the digital tickets to another person.

Ticket price has changed

As a ticketing platform, we don't have control over ticket prices, which are set by event organizers and may change as the event date approaches due to factors such as demand and availability.

In order to get more information about the event you are interested in, we recommend you contact the venue and/or the event organizer directly at the number listed on the event page our through the "message the event organizer" button.

For comments, questions, complaints or concerns about an event or venue, please reach out to the event organizer through the "Message the event organizer" button on their event page. Tickeri.com only handles the ticket sales for event and doesn't have any involvement and/or control over event details.

If you have questions about a particular event listed on Tickeri, the quickest way to get answers is to contact the event organizer by clicking the "Message the email organizer" button displayed on the event page you are interested in. Fill out the form, select option option 1 under "Question Type", messages will go directly to the event organizer. You may also find the event organizer's phone number on the event page and/or event flyer.

The event was canceled. Can I get a refund?

If an event is canceled and you purchased your tickets on our platform, Tickeri will refund your order including any ticketing fees within 7 days. For questions about the status of your refund please contact us.

The event was rescheduled. Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

If the event is rescheduled, your tickets are valid for the new date, and no further action is required. Any refund policies are determined on an event-by-event basis and are stipulated by the event organizer, all policies may be subject to limitations set by the event organizer. We will send you an email explaining your options, If you have not received any notifications, please contact us to get more information or reach out the event organizer directly by using the "Message the event organizer" button on the event page on Tickeri.com.

My credit card was declined but I still see a processing charge on my account.

If your card is declined due to an error such as incorrect zip code or CVV, you may see a pending charge in your account and should clear within 24 to 48 business hours. You may verify this information with your bank.

I am unable to attend event. Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. We can only provide refunds if an event gets canceled per our terms and conditions. You can always sell at your end or giveaway your ticket to someone you know.

My credit card is no longer active. How do I receive my refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds must go back to the card used for the original transaction. Banks will usually allow refunds to process successfully regardless if a card has been deactivated or the account has been closed. Please allow 7-10 business days from when you received a refund email confirmation from Tickeri. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us to check on the status.

I received a refund email confirmation, but I don't see my refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days for it to reflect on your banking statements (weekends not included). If you still have not received your refund, please contact us to check on the status.

Can I get a refund if I purchased a refundable ticket on the platform?

Yes, as long as you adhere to the guidelines set forth by the refund protection program, you are entitled to a refund if you bought a refundable ticket. Please review the specific details in your email confirmation to confirm eligibility and initiate the refund request directly with the third-party refund protection provider.
