Bio:

Bachata singer-songwriter Esme (Elmer Abreu Suriel) fuses the music of his Dominican land with the colors of New York to create his own sound. Originally from Constanza, Dominican Republic, ESME immigrated to Queens, New York at age 8. The multicultural atmosphere of his new home influenced ESME's musical tastes and production.

In 2021, Esme started his own record label, Los Elegido Music, inc. which he is planning to use to help develop the new generation of bachata.

Esme’s momentum has already led him to a strong social media presence. He has a stream count of more than 11 million on Spotify and more than 25 million views on YouTube.
