Event description

TV42, Tropical Caliente 105.7fm and Latino Mix 97.5fm and Simba Initiative, nonprofit organization, are hosting Simba Initiative and Amiga Spring/Summer Resort looks Annual Fashion Show, an exciting fundraising event which features the unique clothing from Metairie stores: Rachell Ann Boutique, Tori & Marie, Zoe’s Boutique BB, lovely models, The Athletic Foot Wear, and local Latin performers.

The event is open to the general public and will take place at Crystal Events, on Friday the 8th of April, 2022. Doors will open at 8:00 PM business expo and mixer!

We will have Dj music by Mambo Mundo and Pipe Estrada.

Donation tickets are $20 at the door.

Attendees will experience Latin-inspired live performances, raffles tickets drawing, as well as a featured Spring/Summer Resort Fashion show.

All proceeds will be for Simba Initiative’s new Initiative “AMIGA”.

AMIGA is: awareness, compassion, sensitivity, caring, the beauty of individuality, humanity and most of all, unity. AMIGA’s initiative will donate spiritual positive cards, bracelets with encouraging words. While patients are waiting to be seen by their doctor, and feeling sad. AMIGA will have a basket with all types of inspirational items for patients to take an item and remind them they are not alone. The items will be at the Tulane Cancer Center, the same place Scarlett Paniagua was treated.
